Once you are attuned, you can directly draw on its power through simple intention. We will go over what Reiki is, its history, and ethics, receive an attunement, do body scanning, talk about mental/emotion/physical correlation, learn the hand positions and end with giving each other treatments. A manual and a certificate are provided.
