introduction workshop where we teach you the basis of EFT and help you with issues.

Group Description: EFT Atlantic teaches and practices Emotional Freedom Techniques which is often described as psychological acupuncture without the needles. EFT believes that when we experience a negative emotion, the emotion gets physically implanted in your energy system and by focusing on the emotion or physical problem and tapping on certain acupuncture points we can instantly and permanently release the negative emotion. EFT is effective on a wide range of issues from chronic pain to fear of public speaking, from phobias to addictions and from stress to improving your golf game.
